This detailed database is made public for the sake of maintaining an atmosphere of openness in our chapter, so everybody can easily check up on the progression of their character, the state of the chapter, and where their dues money and donations are going. We have avoided publishing anybody's last names or contact information, however, in order to maintain some degree of privacy for our members. Only the Sheriff and Prime Minister have access to change the database, and it is the Prime Minister's responsibility to keep it up to date.
